About Clare Hedin
Clare explores conscious connection through music. As a singer/songwriter and lover of Nature, this exploration is born of the heart and is intended to support the healing of our connection to the planet, our emotions, and to each other. She has taken her original music into Oakland Children’s Hospital for many years, and lectured and demonstrated the healing power of music in various contexts.
Her love of Consciousness (she has an MA in Consciousness Studies), Creativity, and Life, is present in her work and creative projects. She coaches, teaches, lectures, performs, has various CDs available and demonstrates how to become more creative, more energized, more compassionate and more connected. About Darren Main
Darren Main is a yoga and meditation instructor, as well as an author. His books are required texts in many yoga teacher training programs. He leads international workshops and talks on yoga and modern spirituality. Additionally, he facilitates Yoga on the Labyrinth in San Francisco’s iconic Grace Cathedral, which is attended by hundreds of people each week. He also serves as the Director of the Yoga Tree Teacher Training program. Darren currently resides with his son Jaden in Northern California.
