The practice of hatha yoga is quite diverse, ranging from extremely gentle to quite athletic.  Yoga on the Labyrinth is offered at a gentle pace that is appropriate for a wide range of students. The gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques we offer are designed to slowly stretch the body, quiet the mind and open the heart.

Rather than focusing on a physical workout, this class is designed to bring students to a more contemplative state that is inspired by the beauty of the cathedral.
